Returns/Exchanges

We accept return requests for items that show no signs of wear/use and have the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.We do not accept returns for gift cards.If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item. Please allow 3 to 8 business days for the funds to be refunded back to the original payment method. Refund will be processed after the item is shipped by the customer and then received by Mode St. 

Any item marked “final sale” or “clearance”, does not qualify for a return or exchange and cannot be refunded. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damages, or incorrect product fulfillment, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us on our website’s messaging center within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process.
